I'm very happy to introduce Persona, my debut recording for Obliqsound. I had the honor of recording with some incredible musicans such as Lionel Loueke (guitar), Pete Rende (piano and accordion), Jeff Ballard (drums) and special guests Lizz Wright and Gretchen Parlato on vocals.
I have divided 10 of my original compositions into two parts. The first half is called Motion and includes the more energetic pieces. The second half is called Stillness and is made of songs and ballads with a more gentle and nocturnal feel. Click here to preview some of the music.

Also coming out this month is Lionel Loueke's  debut on Blue Note Records Karibu. Accompanying Lionel are drummer Ferenc Nemeth and yours truly with special guest appearances by Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter.

The recording features original music by Lionel featuring special guests Herbie Hancock, Cyro Baptista, Gretchen Parlato and Gregoire Maret in addition to his longtime rhythm section Massimo Biolcati on bass and Ferenc Nemeth on drums.
